How can I view my past order history?

When you login, you will see your welcome page, with a button “my orders” from there you can see all of your orders. You can also access your orders page by clicking on the icon with your name on the top right, which will take you to the my account page. There, you will see your most recent orders. You can click on the “orders” tab on the left to see more orders and details.

How do I quickly order items?

If you know the item’s sku or name, you can use the Quick Reorder feature to add items to your cart quickly. Simply click the “Quick Order” button on the right of the navigation menu, then click “add item” and start typing the SKU, product name, or UPC. Make your selections for size and color, add quantity, and then add to cart and checkout!

If I build an order and do not submit it, will the order save?

If you add items to your cart but do not place the order, those items will be saved in your cart. Next time you login, the items will show in your cart, as you left it. You can also save items for later which will be added to your saved for later list so you can purchase them when you are ready.

Retrieving invoices for old and new orders

You can easily view, download and print all of your order invoices! Just login, and go to the “my account” page by clicking on your name on the top right, then go to the orders page by selecting “orders” on the left menu. Then click on the order you wish to view, and then click “print order” on the top right.

Utilizing the "Notify Me" feature for out of stock products

You can get notified when products you are looking for are back in stock! On the desired product’s page, check the box for “Include Out of Stock”. Then, when you see a color/size variation that is showing out of stock, you can click “Notify Me” which will allow you to enter your email address to be automatically notified when we restock that product!
