We are Daxx. We help you grow your business by building dedicated development teams in Ukraine. Our company was founded in Amsterdam in 1999 by entrepreneurs Bart Kuyper and Jeroen Rijnen.
Daxx started out as a software development outsourcing company but soon switched to staff augmentation – a model that allows clients to have more control over recruitment, the development process, and team culture while Daxx takes care of every other aspect of having a cross-functional remote team.
We quickly realized that the future would belong to remote work. Direct access to new locations and diverse tech expertise enables companies to deliver cutting-edge products while solving the problem of local talent shortages. Tech specialists feel more motivated working with the customer directly and being a part of an international product development team.
In 2017, we expanded our offerings with value-added services spanning Quality Control, Security Testing, DevOps, UI/UX, Process Consulting and IT relocation.
Today, Daxx has offices in Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Amsterdam. We focus our main development capacities in Ukraine due to the country’s abundance of highly qualified IT professionals and the ease of doing business.
In 2020, Daxx became part of Grid Dynamics, a public (Nasdaq: GDYN) technology consulting and engineering services company for Fortune 500 corporations undergoing digital transformation. The joint forces with Grid Dynamics supplement our offering with strong capabilities both in building extended development teams and bringing more integrated solutions.

1999Year of foundation. Daxx starts as a project outsourcing company.

2009In 2009, Daxx attests the Microsoft competency requirements and becomes a Microsoft Certified Partner.

2011Dnipro and Kharkiv offices are opened to expand development facilities.

2015Daxx acquires Orange Carpet Treatment status in the Dutch Embassy and grows the tech staff headcount by 30% for a second year in a row.

2016Daxx ranks 3rd best IT employer in Ukraine (200–800 employees) and becomes a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.

2017Daxx introduces value-added services, enters the list of top 50 largest IT companies in Ukraine, obtaining an IT Association of Ukraine membership.
